Coopers Original Series is the worlds best selling range of DIY Beer brews. The most popular basic beer styles perfect to brew as directed or to be used as a base for recipe development.

Real Ale (1.7kg)

Bright golden colour with a strong head. Pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers’ Traditional Ale.

Lager (1.7kg)

Straw colour with golden hues and a lacy white head. Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavours and a clean finish. An Australian Lager style with plenty of character.

Draught (1.7kg)

Light yellow-gold colour with a tightly packed white head, floral nose with a hint of malt, medium bodied palate with delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish. The most discerning draught drinker will appreciate this beer.

Dark Ale (1.7kg)

Rich mahogany colour and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. A favourite amongst dark beer drinkers.

Stout (1.7kg)

Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creama, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.

Ginger Beer (980g)

A traditional flavoured ginger beer with a hint of spice and plenty of bite, sure to quench the deepest thirst. Coopers Ginger Beer is being temporarily discontinued. For the time being it has sold out online and will soon be disappearing from our retailers. Don’t despair though, it’s making a full blown comeback in the coming months in a new revamped, repackaged and reformulated version. Watch this space.

English Bitter

Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slightly less chilled, if desired.

Canadian Blonde

Clean, pale malt flavours, a light bodied palate with malt aromas and a hint of spicy hops. A pale straw coloured beer. Coopers Canadian Blonde beer kit makes 40 pints of beer.

European Lager

Mexican Cerveza

The ultimate thirst quencher. A lighter style beer with a fresh, clean taste designed for refreshment in the heat of Central America. Serve Ice cold with a wedge of lime.

Irish Stout
